Sealed bids for the City of Rock Hill, Missouri will be accepted for the W. Thornton Resurfacing Project until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Each bid must include a bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount as per the Instructions to Bidders. Applicable wage rates are predetermined as required by law. The successful bidder must provide a sworn affidavit confirming enrollment in the federal work authorization program and that all employees are authorized to work in Missouri. Additionally, a ten-hour OSHA construction safety program must be provided for on-site employees within sixty days of starting work.
