The materials are to be: - Delivered to specified stockpile locations and stockpiled on site, priced per yard only - OR, as an alternate, made available for pick-up by Ascension Parish Government, also priced per yard only

Contract Requirements

- Materials requested: Pumped Sand and River Silt - Pricing must be provided per yard for both delivered and pick-up options (Alternate No. 1) - Materials must be delivered and stockpiled at the following locations: - Ascension Parish Public Works Department (East): 42077 Churchpoint Road, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 - Ascension Parish Public Works Department (West): 725 Church Street, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346

Submission Instructions

Sealed bids must be received by the Ascension Parish Purchasing Department at 615 E. Worthey, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737, no later than Tuesday, July 7th at 10:00am CT. If submitting a physical bid, it must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and the name of the material/project for which the bid is submitted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time and location.
