Summary (Newest Update)

Background The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) is seeking contractors capable of providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders. The goal is to establish a comprehensive community-based service that aids individuals in transitioning from incarceration to the community, ensuring they have access to necessary support and resources. The current requirement for in-house RRC beds and home confinement placements within the Williamsport, PA area, performed under the March 2022 RRC SOW, is consistent with a continuation of the same type of community-based reentry services.
