Background The Buckley SFB Guardian Resilience Team has a requirement for a contractor to provide and install three self-contained, fully enclosed 'Relaxation Pods' for the U.S. Space Force Guardian Resilience Team at Buckley SFB. The goal of this contract is to enhance the resilience and well-being of personnel by providing a private, quiet space for mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction. Work Details The contractor will deliver and install three (3) GRT Relaxation Pods, which are designed as plug-and-play units fitting within a small office footprint (less than 8' x 10'). Key features include: - Ergonomic contour bed - Heated/cooled seating - Vibrational massage - Immersive visual display - User-adjustable aromatherapy. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 days from receipt of the contract award. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011. Bidder Requirements This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Contractor employees must be able to pass a background check to enter the installation and Restricted Area.
