The contractor shall furnish, deliver, assemble, install, and remove all debris for new caf furniture at Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, VA. Background The Government requires the procurement of commercial-grade café/dining furniture and associated turn-key services to support a refresh of a designated café space in Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The requiring activity seeks durable, commercial-grade dining furniture suitable for high-traffic use in a café/dining environment. Work Details The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish, deliver, assemble, install/place, and clean up the following new, commercial-grade café furniture items and services at Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, VA: - Armless upholstered dining chairs (Qty 28) - Freestanding banquette benches (Qty 2) - Round table tops (~36” dia, HPL or equivalent, dark finish) with compatible bases (Qty 4) - Square table tops (~42” square, HPL or equivalent, dark finish) with compatible bases (Qty 6) - Delivery &amp; installation services (1 lot) All items must meet or exceed the salient characteristics detailed in the Statement of Work including dual-fabric upholstery coordination and durable commercial-grade construction. Period of Performance The Contractor shall complete delivery and installation within the timeframe proposed by the vendor and approved upon receipt of order.
