Keystone Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project

Meyersdale Municipal Authority (MMA) is seeking bids for the construction of the Keystone Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project. The project involves the replacement of approximately 2,080 LF of sanitary sewers, including manholes, customer service reconnections, and laterals installed to individual property lines in the Keystone Street area. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local time at the Meyersdale Borough Building located at 215 Main Street, Meyersdale, PA 15552. Bidders must purchase bidding documents from the Issuing Office, The EADS Group, Inc., located at 450 Aberdeen Drive, Somerset, PA 15501, to be eligible to bid. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available. Electronic bidding documents are available for $25.00. Both fees include 6% PA sales tax and are non-refundable. Payment must be confirmed before access to the electronic version is granted. Bids must be submitted by July 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local time at the MMA office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 A.M. local time at the Meyersdale Borough Building. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informalities.
