The City of Pomona is seeking bids from qualified firms for the construction project titled Street Rehabilitation Districts 2 & 3 Phase I, under Federal No. STPL-5070(044), Project Worktag 428-67935. Background

This Invitation for Bid (IFB 2026-08) is part of the City's ongoing efforts to rehabilitate streets within Districts 2 and 3. The project is federally funded and identified as Phase I of the rehabilitation program.

Contract Requirements

All bids must strictly adhere to the specifications and requirements detailed in the contract documents. Each bid submission must be accompanied by one of the following as a guarantee: - Cash - Cashier's or certified check - Bid bond The guarantee must be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, payable to the City of Pomona. This ensures that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute the agreement.
