Temporary Emergency Lodging Services

Work Requested

The City of El Monte is seeking competitive proposals from qualified local hotels, motels, lodges, and other entities (collectively referred to as Shelter Service Providers ) to deliver temporary and/or emergency overnight shelter services. These services are intended for individuals experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness within the City, and will be provided on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes: - Offering safe, temporary lodging accommodations - Ensuring services are available for both emergency and overnight needs - Supporting the City's efforts to address homelessness The full range of services, including associated pricing, should be detailed in the proposal to allow the City to make informed decisions and potentially enter into contract negotiations with qualified providers.
