IT Consultant Services

Scope of Work

The Long Beach Community College District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide IT consultant services. The primary work involves assisting in the discovery and analysis of Long Beach City College's current implementation of the Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, which include: - Human Capital Management (HCM) - Financials (FS) - Campus Solutions (CS) The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the efficacy, health, and viability of the PeopleSoft ERP system in supporting both current and future business needs of the District.

Background

The District currently utilizes Oracle PeopleSoft ERP systems to manage key administrative functions. As part of ongoing efforts to ensure the ERP system continues to meet organizational requirements, the District is undertaking a detailed review and analysis of the system's performance and alignment with business objectives.

Contract Requirements

Consulting firms must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications in ERP system analysis, particularly with Oracle PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FS, CS). The assessment should result in actionable recommendations regarding the system's ability to meet the District's needs.

Submission Instructions

Interested firms are invited to submit proposals in response to RFP NO. 26-D002. Proposals should clearly outline the firm's experience, approach to the discovery and analysis process, and understanding of the District's requirements.
