Recreation Management Software Platform

Work Requested

The City is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive Recreation Management Software Platform. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Assessment of City requirements and challenges, and development of an implementation timeline - System configuration and customization to meet City needs - Staff training to ensure effective use of the platform - Community outreach and education to promote platform adoption - Platform launch and deployment - Ongoing support for maintenance and troubleshooting The contractor will also be responsible for all necessary project management and support services, including managing, controlling, tracking, and reporting on the progress of work and expenditures. Coordination and management of any necessary subcontractors, implementation of quality control measures, and collaboration with the City and other stakeholders are also required. The contractor should complete any other tasks necessary to achieve a complete and comprehensive outcome as described in the project objective. Suggestions for efficiencies and enhancements to improve results or usefulness of the work are encouraged. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the City.
