Contract Requirements

- Bids must be received either electronically or as a sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by the date and time specified. - Sealed bids (mailed or hand delivered) must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Purchasing, with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside. - Mail or deliver sealed bids to:
