Summary: Background The 910th Airlift Wing (AFRC) at Youngstown Air Reserve Station has a requirement for the renovation of Building 301. The mission of the agency is to maintain and enhance the operational capabilities of the Air Force Reserve. The goal of this contract is to renovate specific rooms within Building 301 to ensure they meet current standards and requirements. Work Details The work involves furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required for the renovation of Rooms 101, 102, 111, 112, and 113 in Building 301. Specifically: - Rooms 101 & 102 will have walls, doors, frames, window trim, and floors painted. - Rooms 111, 112 & 113 will have ceiling grids and panels removed and replaced. - Flooring in these rooms will also be removed and replaced. - Walls will be painted and new cabinet hardware will be added. Period of Performance From July 22, 2026 to October 21, 2026. Place of Performance 910th Airlift Wing (AFRC), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, 3976 King Graves Rd, Vienna, OH 44473-5931. Bidder Requirements This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award, the offeror must be HUBZone certified at the time of award. Additionally, bidders must be certified as a small business. Prime contractors must also be registered and active in the appropriate database for the specified work type and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application. Bid/payment/performance bonds are required.
