Bidder Requirements Bidders must be authorized resellers of the proposed OEMs. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Compliance with various standards such as AFI 33-200 for Information Assurance and CNSSP-11 for National Security Systems is required. All hardware must be tagged per MIL-STD-130 and possess necessary certifications.
