Atlassian Renewal (Jira and Confluence)

Background

The Maryland Department of Health is seeking bids for the renewal of Atlassian software, specifically Jira and Confluence, to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to these essential tools for project management and collaboration within the department.

Work Details

The contract involves the renewal of the following software licenses: 1. Jira Standard for 200 Users - Annual Plan (Product Code: ATL-JSWCL-E-3R5-XHB-648-200R-2-1UA4) with a quantity of 200 licenses. 2. Confluence Standard for 100 Users - Annual Plan (Product Code: ATL-CCL-E-3XA-QX8-Q5A-100R-2-1CR4) with a quantity of 100 licenses. The software must be new and unused. The Master Contractor must provide an estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the proposal. Additionally, all proposed software must be virus-free, and a Letter of Authorization from Atlassian may be required.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Maryland Department of Health located at 201 W. Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be authorized resellers for Atlassian products and are required to submit a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. This solicitation is open to all qualified bidders without restrictions on small business status.
