Background

The City of Natchez is issuing a sealed bid solicitation for the rehabilitation of the Natchez Golf Club at Duncan Park. This project is funded by a 2025 Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant provided by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks, along with matching funds from the City of Natchez. Work Details

The principal items of work include: - Construction of an ADA ramp at the north entrance. - Restoration of exterior steel windows on both the north façade of the north metal building and the south façade of the south metal building, which includes replacing missing steel sashes and six non-original windows on the south façade. - Restoration and painting of both facades. - Restoration of three metal building roofs, including abatement of an asbestos coating and application of a new fluid-applied roof coating (white). - Installation of new gutters and downspouts where missing. - Interior renovations to complete office space for golf pro and assistant at the north end, completion of hall, mechanical and electrical improvements, and construction of a new pro shop storage room within the metal building. The contractor is responsible for performing all work and providing all labor, equipment, and materials as required by specifications and drawings.
