Athletic Performance Center Design Services

Scope of Work Requested

The contract seeks comprehensive Architectural and Engineering services for an Athletic Performance Center project. The required services include, but are not limited to: - Program phase development - Schematic design - Preparation of a design manual - Creation of construction documents - Construction administration The consultant must provide expertise in the following disciplines: - Architectural - Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing - HVAC

Fire Protection

- Civil - Structural

Asbestos Abatement

- AV-Data-Security systems Additional services required for the project include: - Site survey for underground utilities location - SEQRA (State Environmental Quality Review Act) study - Development of physical space inventory drawings - Creation of electronic as-built drawings - Interior Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) design services - Audio/video design services - Development of marketing materials, including interior and exterior renderings of schematic design for visitor experience improvements All services must comply with the SUNY Consultant Agreement.

This contract is for the design of an Athletic Performance Center. There have been no identical or substantially similar procurement contracts awarded for this project within the past five years.
