Lift Equip Vehicle Services A 2027-2032

Work Requested

The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA) is seeking bids from professional organizations to provide Lift Equip Vehicle Services A for the contract period of 2027-2032. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Providing comprehensive lift equipment vehicle services as specified in the Invitation for Bid Package. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA or "Authority").

Background

The CNYRTA has established a 30% Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation goal for this contract, which includes 15% MBE and 15% WBE.

Contract Requirements

- All bidders must certify they are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. - Bidders must comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations. - The CNYRTA will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprises (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned businesses (SDVOB) are afforded full opportunity to participate in this contract.

Instructions on Submission

- The Invitation for Bid Package can be downloaded from centro.bonfirehub.com . - A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2026 at 10:00AM EST, located at 200 Cortland Ave., Syracuse, NY 13205. RSVP is requested by June 24, 2026. - Bids must be submitted via centro.bonfirehub.com no later than 1:00PM EST on July 8, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. - Late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. - Bids received by the due date will remain in effect for sixty (60) days from the due date.

Additional Information

Firms submit bids at their own risk; CNYRTA is under no obligation to reimburse any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
