Construct stairs from concrete with proper footing, designed to ADA standards, with a minimum width of four feet. 4. Install ADA standard railings (PVC coated over aluminum) and compliant handrails. 5. Ensure the walkway from the stairs leads to the parking area and is also a minimum of four feet wide. 6. Comply with current NYS Code and manufacturer guidelines; any code violations will be financially the designer's responsibility for changes. 7. The design must be approved by OPWDD’s Architect.
