Prequalification for Information Technology Service Management Providers

The Port Authority is seeking to prequalify firms to establish a pool of qualified vendors for future solicitation opportunities related to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) services. The scope of work includes: - Providing ITSM for end-users, which encompasses support for desktops, servers and storage, databases, and cloud environments. The current ITSM environment utilizes ServiceNow. - Integrating and managing the ServiceNow cloud-based ITSM solution, which will remain the core platform for all ITSM services required by the Port Authority. Only firms that are prequalified according to the prerequisites outlined in this solicitation will be invited to participate in any subsequent solicitations for these services.
