The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to identify potential vendors or solutions for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to replace its current TMS Online system. The agency is conducting a Solicitation of Interest to explore viable replacement options for managing and tracking maintenance of utilities, mechanical, and building systems across all OMH hospitals. The desired system should provide: - A standardized, agency-wide platform for maintenance management - Capabilities for both OMH maintenance staff and contracted maintenance providers - Centralized review and tracking of equipment maintenance and effectiveness at any OMH facility Who is Requesting: This opportunity is issued by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), Administrative Services Support Group (ASSG).

Background

In 2007, OMH began purchasing TMS Enterprise software licenses, maintenance, and services, hosting the system on Four Rivers' servers to create a uniform, statewide maintenance management system. In 2016, TMS Enterprise was retired, and OMH transitioned to the Accruent TMS Online product, completing a statewide migration to this CMMS platform. Currently, all OMH hospitals utilize TMS Online for maintenance management. OMH has received a 1-year exemption from reprocuring this opportunity to conduct a Solicitation of Interest and assess the market for alternative solutions.

Contract Requirements

The replacement CMMS must: - Support centralized and standardized maintenance management across all OMH facilities - Enable tracking and review of maintenance activities and effectiveness - Accommodate both internal OMH staff and external maintenance contractors
