Pursuant to Chapter 862 of the Laws of 1990, SUNY Buffalo requested and received an exemption from the Office of the State Comptroller to forego initial publication of this opportunity in the NYS Contract Reporter. This exemption was granted in accordance with Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law for the University at Buffalo and Plant IQ, allowing for an increase in funds and additional scope under Contract C001405.
