Additionally, it comes with EDS and EBSD attachments from EDAX for microstructural analysis. 2) **ThermoFisher Scientific Spectra 200 S/TEM**: Field Emission Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope operating at a high-tension range of 30–200 kV. This system is equipped with an Ultra-High Brightness Cold Field Emission Gun, a probe aberration corrector, a Super-X EDS detector integrated into the objective lens, and an EMPAD 2 detector for advanced applications.
