Background

SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, as permitted by NYS Education Law 355 (5) (a), for the RL License Subscription service agreement. The total value of this procurement will not exceed $125,000. No sealed bid process will be conducted for this procurement.

Contract Requirements

- Vendors must provide proof of certification, licensure, or authorization from RLDatix for Subscription Licenses before requesting the scope of work. - This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k (the Lobbying Law). Only the designated campus contact may be approached regarding this procurement. Non-compliance may result in disqualification or debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. - There are no Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contracting goals for this procurement (all goals are 0.00%). - No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract for this service within the past five years.
