SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking proposals for Adult Trauma Center Accreditation Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary services to facilitate the accreditation of the Adult Trauma Center.

Background

UPSTATE intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), for a contract valued up to $125,000. This process will not involve a sealed bid. Within the past five years, the American College of Surgeons has been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract.

Contract Requirements

- This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139j & k (the Lobbying Law). Vendors are only permitted to contact the designated Campus contact listed in this advertisement. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate may result in penalties, including no contract award or debarment from sales to any NYS agency. - Vendors must complete and submit all applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL 139j & k, and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a. - Submission of valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability forms is required. - The Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) goal for this contract is 0.00%.
