Noise Dosimeter Calibration

Background

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Consumer and Business Services, Occupational Safety and Health Division. The purpose of this RFQ is to procure one TSI SoundPro series SE/DL sound level meter and three TSI Q-Trak model 7575 indoor air quality monitors, or approved equivalents. The agency aims to enhance its capabilities in monitoring noise levels and indoor air quality as part of its mission to ensure workplace safety.

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase and delivery of: 1. **Sound Level Meter**: - **Part #: SP-DL-1-1/3** - **Quantity**: 1 - Specifications include: temperature range, static pressure, relative humidity, sound level, frequency response, microphone specifications, housing material, dimensions, weight, battery specifications, power consumption range, and operational capabilities. 2. **Indoor Air Quality Monitors**: - **Part #: 7575** - **Quantity**: 3 - Specifications include: CO range, accuracy range for CO and humidity readings, sensor type (NDIR), operating conditions including temperature and humidity ranges, display size and features for data reporting.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be two years with options to extend. Delivery of goods is expected no later than thirty (30) business days from receipt of the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to Oregon OSHA Lab located at C/O Wayne Boyle, 26755 SW 95th Avenue, Suite 102, Wilsonville, OR 97070.

Bidder Requirements
