Sourcewell is seeking proposals for the provision of Airfield Runway Materials, Services, and Related Solutions. The intent is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that will be available for use by Sourcewell's Participating Entities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Supplying materials specifically designed for airfield runway construction, maintenance, and repair - Providing services related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of airfield runways - Offering related solutions that support the safe and efficient operation of airfield runways

This solicitation is issued by Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota.

Background

Sourcewell Participating Entities encompass thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies throughout the United States and Canada. The goal of this solicitation is to provide these entities with access to competitively solicited contracts for airfield runway materials, services, and related solutions.

Contract Requirements

Sourcewell strongly encourages the participation of Small, Minority-owned, Women's Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers, both as prime contractors and subcontractors. Suppliers are encouraged to engage in the solicitation process.

Submission Instructions

A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov . Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal. The deadline for submission is August 4, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
