Work Details

The work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, oversight, permits, and inspections required for the construction of a new multipurpose restroom building and paved trail. Specific tasks include: - Site demolition of items not conducive to the final design. - Installation of water, electrical, and sanitary sewer utilities from the street to the building footprint. - Installation of concrete paving around the restroom building and existing pavilion. - Construction of an asphalt paved trail. - Parking lot mill and overlay. - Installation of site furnishings. - Lawn restoration.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by July 15, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania for 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.
