Corrugated Cartons Rebid

Background

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, is seeking to procure corrugated cartons for use at Correctional Industries (CI) Huntingdon, located at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Huntingdon, PA 16654. This contract primarily serves CI Huntingdon but extends to all SCI/CI locations. The goal is to ensure a steady supply of corrugated cartons as needed throughout the contract's duration. This is a one-year contract with the option for four additional one-year renewals.

Period of Performance

This contract is set for one year with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance

The primary location for performance is Correctional Industries at Huntingdon, PA; however, it covers all SCI/CI locations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form along with their bid proposal to certify compliance with Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. Additionally, vendors or their subcontractors using regular delivery transportation must submit clearance checks for all drivers.
