Background

Work Details

The contractor will provide psychosexual evaluations and treatment services for clients in the community throughout Colorado. Services include: - In-person and virtual evaluations ordered by the court or requested by the treatment team to assess risk factors and treatment needs for recidivism. - Treatment services mandated by the court or requested by the treatment team, which may include individual or group therapy sessions. - Assessments of ongoing risk for re-offense, violence recidivism, and sexual recidivism, along with detailed reports that meet departmental standards. - Referral for polygraph and plethysmograph testing when indicated. - Monthly reporting on treatment progress, compliance, and any changes in treatment needs. - Participation in FCBS or Community Mental Health Center plan of care reviews.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed on an as-needed basis as required by the courts or FCBS treatment team, without a guaranteed number of clients or specific dollar amount for reimbursement per fiscal year.

Services will be provided throughout various locations in the State of Colorado.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must be approved sex offender treatment providers listed with the Sex Offender Management Board of Colorado. They must maintain all necessary business licenses and credentials to provide services, carry state minimum levels of malpractice insurance, attend an orientation at their own expense, pass a CBI background check before client contact, and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding client information.
