Purchase Smoothwall Conduit

Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for the purchase of smoothwall conduit to support its electrical applications. The goal of this contract is to furnish and deliver high-density polyethylene (HDPE) conduit that meets specific LES specifications, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following products: - 15,000 FT of Smoothwall 2" SDR 15.5 Conduit (LES M# 9379), black with red stripes, coiled on reels. - 9,000 FT of Smoothwall 6" SDR 13.5 Conduit (LES M# 9387), black with red stripes, coiled on reels. - 12,000 FT of Smoothwall 4" SDR 13.5 Conduit (LES M# 9385), black with red stripes, coiled on reels. All conduits must meet or exceed ASTM F2160 and ASTM D3350 standards for quality and performance. The contractor must also ensure that the conduit is suitable for direct burial and directional boring.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and delivery is expected to be completed by the specified delivery dates as stated in the bids.

Place of Performance

Delivery locations include: - 9445 Rokeby Rd, Lincoln, NE 68526 (for some items) - 2620 Fairfield St, Lincoln, NE 68521 (for other items).

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must return a completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form as part of their submission. Additionally, bidders are required to guarantee their products against mechanical and physical defects for a specified period post-delivery.
