Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for Data Centers

Background

The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking proposals for Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for Data Centers. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency and resilience of its data centers through maintenance services, repair solutions, and technical support.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services on an as-needed basis: - Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Inspections including cooling system tests and level checks (2 units) - Oil and Filter Changes including Oil Sampling (2 units) - Load Bank Testing (1 unit) - Transfer Switch Preventative Maintenance (1 unit) - Standard Hourly Labor Rate (100 hours) - After Hours Labor Rate (32 hours) - Emergency/Holiday Labor Rate (32 hours) All services will be requested via Purchase Order, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services to be ordered.

Period of Performance

The contract term will begin on a date specified in the contract and may extend up to sixty (60) months, subject to written amendment by all parties.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools facilities as specified in the Purchase Orders.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and certifications to perform under this contract. They are required to maintain various types of insurance including: - General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) - Automobile Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) - Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) - Cyber/Privacy Insurance depending on the number of schools covered - Workers' Compensation Insurance with statutory limits. Additionally, contractors must comply with criminal background checks for employees who will have contact with students.
