Background

The District Energy Corporation (DEC) is seeking to upgrade obsolete parts on Multistack MS70 modular heat pump units originally installed in 2012. Work Details

The contractor is required to provide a unit price for OEM parts necessary to upgrade the reversing valves on Multistack MS70 modular heat pump units. DEC intends to purchase between 5 and 20 of each side 'A' and side 'B' upgrade kits, with final quantities determined after receiving unit prices. The specific OEM part numbers for the upgrade kits are: VALVEKITMR70XA Rev Valve Retro Kit A and VALVEKITMR70XB Rev Valve Retro Kit B. All components must be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts; no equal or aftermarket substitutions will be accepted.

Place of Performance

Materials purchased under this contract shall be delivered to District Energy Corporation, located at 8000 SW 12th St, Lincoln, NE 68512.
