Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for the procurement of 15kV padmount switchgear to support its electrical distribution mission. Work Details

The contract involves the supply of the following padmount switchgear: - **2 units of SWGR 2-600 AMP, 2-200 AMP, 15KV (LES M# 7191):** These are air-break, live-front switchgear with two 600A three-phase switches and two 200A three-phase fused taps using SML-20 fuseholders and SMU-20 fuses. Each unit must include 6 sets of fuse end fittings. Manufacturer specifications include S&C Electric Company - 55152R4-E3-H2-J2-S425 and Federal Pacific Transformer Co - PSI/II-9-42222-LES. Delivery location: 2620 Fairfield St, Lincoln, NE 68521. - **2 units of SWGR 3-600AMP, 1-200AMP, 15KV (LES M# 7195):** These are also air-break, live-front switchgear with three 600A three-phase switches and one 200A three-phase fused tap using SML-20 fuseholders and SMU-20 fuses. Each unit must include 3 sets of fuse end fittings. Manufacturer specifications include S&C Electric Company - 55162R4-E1-H2-J2-S425 and Federal Pacific Transformer Co - PSI/II-11-44312-LES. Delivery location: 2620 Fairfield St, Lincoln, NE 68521. - **An additional delivery** of the same specifications as above (SWGR 3-600AMP, 1-200AMP) for another set of two units to be delivered to: 9445 Rokeby Rd, Lincoln, NE 68526.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period will commence upon award and will require timely delivery as specified in the bid response. Bidders must indicate their proposed delivery date within their bids.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to two locations in Lincoln, Nebraska: specifically at '2620 Fairfield St' and '9445 Rokeby Rd'.

Bidder Requirements
