Fire Apparatus Chassis/Fluid Service and Emergency Repairs

Background

The Middletown Township Fire Department is seeking proposals for the NFPA compliant annual chassis and fluid service, as well as a visual DOT compliant safety inspection. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and safety of fire apparatus through regular maintenance and emergency repair services.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following services: 1. NFPA compliant annual chassis and fluid service for fire apparatus. 2. Visual DOT compliant safety inspection of fire apparatus. 3. Emergency repair services to fire apparatus as needed.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence no later than ten (10) days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will continue for a duration specified in the contract documents.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Middletown Township Fire Department located at 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, NJ 07748.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and provide proof of business registration as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Additionally, bidders must submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Statement of Ownership Disclosure, and documentation regarding affirmative action compliance.
