Background

The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors for the interior remodel of the main floor of the historic Oquirrh School in downtown Salt Lake City. This project aims to create a new main office space that aligns with HASLC's mission to provide housing assistance and improve community living conditions. The remodel will be executed in collaboration with Babcock Design’s interior design department.

Work Details

The selected General Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supervision, and construction services necessary for the remodel.
