NARK Reagents and Forensic Supplies

Background

The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to procure NARK reagents and forensic supplies. The goal of the contract is to establish a reliable source for these essential supplies over a defined period, supporting the agency's mission in correctional services.

Work Details

The contract will involve the supply of specific NARK II reagents, including: - NARK 20033 - Fentanyl Reagent - NARK 20015 - Methamphetamine/MDMA Reagent - NARK 20010 - Special Opiates Reagent - NARK II 20023 - Synthetic Cannabinoids Reagent. Respondents must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter from Sirchie confirming their status as an authorized distributor for these products. The letter must be issued on Sirchie letterhead, signed by an authorized representative, and confirm that the products are genuine and non-expired.

Period of Performance

The contract will have a term of three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year renewal periods.

Place of Performance

The supplies will be delivered to locations specified by the Tennessee Department of Correction within the United States.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax. They must also affirm compliance with the Iran Divestment Act and provide documentation as required. Additionally, bidders need to submit their completed Evaluation Model (32901-13942_Cost_Proposal) and ensure that they are not debarred or suspended from federal or state contracts.
