Bearward Radiators for Midport Crane

Background

The contract is issued by the Port Everglades Crane Section, responsible for the operations of cranes at Port Everglades. The goal of this contract is to procure Bearward Radiators for the Paceco Crane (P2) to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the crane systems.

Work Details

The vendor is required to supply and deliver two (2) Bearward Radiator Part Number: BE5782800101_BOX for a QSK50G4 Tier 2 Generator Package. The radiators must include a unit mounted radiator and cooling fan with protection guards, capable of high ambient air temperature cooling up to 50°C / 122°F. Additionally, they must have a coolant drain valve, remote filling facility, and site gauge. Blygold coating must be applied to cores on both sides. All prices must be provided as F.O.B. Destination, inclusive of freight and all other costs. Delivery is required within 150 calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order during normal business hours.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period is set for delivery within 150 calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will take place at Port Everglades Crane Division Southport, located at 2050 SE 42nd Street BLDG #33, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must provide proof of insurance as per the Minimum Insurance Requirements Form upon award. This includes Commercial General Liability with minimum limits per occurrence and aggregate, Business Automobile Liability if applicable, Workers' Compensation insurance in compliance with Florida statutes, and other specified coverages. Vendors are also required to submit their solicitation response electronically through BPRO.
