Irrigation Equipment & Replacement Parts

Background

The Cosumnes Community Services District (CSD) is an independent special district that focuses on essential quality of life services including parks and recreation, fire protection, and emergency medical services. The CSD serves approximately 221,000 residents within a 157 square-mile jurisdiction that includes the City of Elk Grove and unincorporated areas of Sacramento County. This contract aims to establish an indefinite quantity agreement for the supply of irrigation equipment and replacement parts as needed.

Work Details

The contractor will supply various irrigation equipment and replacement parts on demand. Deliveries will be made to three locations: Elk Grove Park Shop, Emerald Lakes Golf Course Shop, and Park & Golf Operations Big Horn Shop. The items to be supplied include but are not limited to:

Rainbird Sprinklers

- PVC pipes in various sizes - Valves - Fittings - Glues - Sealants - Other related materials as specified in the bid form (Exhibit B). Each bidder must provide a comprehensive price list for all equipment parts related to this contract upon award.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is twelve (12) months with an option to extend for up to four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods. The contract is set to commence in August 2026.

Place of Performance

Deliveries will be made to the following locations: - Elk Grove Park Shop at 9950 Elk Grove-Florin Rd, Elk Grove, CA 95624; - Emerald Lakes Golf Course Shop at 10651 East Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624; - Park & Golf Operations Big Horn Shop at 7012 Big Horn Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess all necessary permits and licenses as required by state and local government. They are also required to provide an insurance certificate naming the CSD as additionally insured with coverage amounts not less than $2 million per occurrence. Compliance with applicable Labor Code provisions is mandatory.
