Provision of Election Ballot Printing Services for 2026 Elections

Background

The County of Atlantic, a body corporate and politic of the State of New Jersey, is seeking to engage a contractor for the provision of election ballot printing services for the upcoming 2026 elections. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary goods and services are provided to facilitate the electoral process in Atlantic County.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing all goods and services necessary for election ballot printing. This includes but is not limited to: designing, printing, and delivering ballots as specified in the County's Invitation to Bid/RFP (Exhibit A). The contractor must ensure that all ballots meet legal requirements and are delivered on time for the elections. Additionally, the contractor will be required to maintain records of all materials used and provide documentation as requested by the County.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and will continue through the 2026 elections, with specific timelines outlined in the Contract Documents.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed in Atlantic County, New Jersey, with deliveries made to designated locations within the county as specified by the County.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with various statutory requirements including business registration as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. They must also provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in Appendix 2 of the contract documents. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate experience with similar projects and submit a detailed proposal including company history, credentials, and any deviations from requirements.
