Cosmetology Equipment & Supplies for the Career & Technical Institute at CCC II

Background

Camden County College is seeking proposals for the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of cosmetology equipment and supplies for the Career & Technical Institute. The goal of this contract is to enhance the educational offerings at the institute by providing necessary tools and materials for cosmetology training.

Work Details

The contract includes the supply, delivery, and installation of various cosmetology equipment and supplies as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must provide prices for individual items as well as separate groups. All quoted prices must include freight, handling, and delivery charges. Bidders are also required to comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act for any equipment that requires installation.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins upon award and continues until all equipment and supplies have been delivered and installed, with a specific deadline set for June 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at Camden County College located at 200 College Dr., Blackwood, New Jersey 08012.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L. 77, C.33. Additionally, there is a Small Business Set-Aside goal of 25%, requiring that this contract be awarded to small businesses.
