Investment Consulting & Investment Training

Background

The City of San Antonio – Finance Department is seeking proposals from qualified investment consultants to provide investment consulting services related to the City’s investment portfolio. This includes providing investment training to the City’s authorized investment officers in accordance with the Texas Public Funds Act.

Work Details

The selected investment consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive investment consulting services, which include but are not limited to: advising on the management of the City’s investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with the Texas Public Funds Act, and delivering training sessions for authorized investment officers. The consultant must demonstrate expertise in finance and economics consulting as outlined in product category 91849.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue for a duration that aligns with the needs of the City, as specified in the final agreement.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily at locations designated by the City of San Antonio. Additionally, potential virtual training sessions may be conducted via platforms such as Webex.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable regulations and requirements set forth by the City of San Antonio. This includes completing vendor registration through the SAePS portal to view and respond to this solicitation.
