ODOC Graphics for Trucks

Background

The Ohio Department of Commerce, specifically the Division of the State Fire Marshal, is issuing this contract for the application of reflective graphics on two 2025 Ford Transit Vans. The purpose of this project is to enhance visibility, branding, and safety through professionally applied graphics that comply with OFA requirements.

Work Details

The contractor will provide reflective graphics application services for two 2025 Ford Transit 350 vans. The specific requirements include: - Layouts must be submitted to OFA for approval prior to production. - Only approved reflective materials may be used: 3M Scotchlite, 3M Diamond Grade, or Orafol Oralite V98. - All exterior prints must be laminated using 3M gloss laminate. - All printing must utilize Roland 8-Color Process Printing with Roland equipment and Roland TrueVis Ink™. Details for each vehicle include: 1. Logos: - Material: 3M 680CR Reflective (Printed) + 3M Gloss Overlaminate - Size: 14" State Fire Marshal Logo (Grayscale/Subdued) installed on both cab doors. 2. Striping: - Material: 3M 680CR Reflective – Black - Size: 6" beltline stripe on both streetside and curbside. 3. Lettering: - Material: 3M 680CR Reflective – Black, computer-cut. - Streetside: "STATE FIRE MARSHAL" (4.5") on raised roof and "FM01" (3") on front fender. - Curbside: Same as streetside lettering specifications. 4. Chevron (Rear): - Material: Reflexite Red / Fluorescent Yellow-Green - Size: 6" alternating chevron pattern applied to lower rear doors, approximately 15" tall × full vehicle width.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins on June 15, 2026, and ends on July 3, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed in Ohio, specifically for the Ohio Department of Commerce.
