Work Requested

The Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to deliver a comprehensive solution for a resilient on-site energy system at the WRCRWA Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes: - Professional energy development services - Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the energy system - Integration of all system components - Provision and installation of necessary equipment - Commissioning of the complete energy system - Ongoing operations support for the installed system Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA).

Background

WRCRWA is undertaking this project to enhance the resilience and reliability of energy supply at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Authority seeks to partner with experienced firms or teams capable of delivering a turnkey energy solution that meets its operational needs.

Contract Requirements

Respondents must be qualified energy development, EPC firms, integrators, or finance/design-build teams with demonstrated experience in: - Professional services for energy systems - Equipment procurement and installation - System commissioning - Ongoing operations of energy systems
