The City of Sierra Madre is seeking proposals for the implementation of a comprehensive Records Management System (RMS). The selected contractor will be responsible for: - Establishing a centralized platform for managing, storing, and retrieving records for all City departments - Ensuring the system meets compliance requirements with the California Public Records Act, Government Code, and established records retention schedules - Improving the efficiency of records processing, search, and retrieval operations - Enhancing security measures and disaster recovery capabilities for critical municipal records - Supporting workflows for both physical and digital records management - Reducing costs related to physical storage and records handling
