Work Details

The contract involves the purchase, installation, and delivery of one sign maintenance truck on a class 6/7 medium duty chassis with air brakes and a sign service body equipped with a crane. Bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar equipment and warranty services. The specifications include: - A GVWR rating of at least 19,500 lbs. - Regular cab configuration (no cab over style). - Air brakes with traction control. - Automatic transmission. - Minimum 8,500 lb front axle and 17,500 lb rear axle. - Hydraulic telescopic service crane with at least 7,000 lb capacity and a minimum reach of 24 feet. - LED lighting on compartments and strobe beacons for visibility. - Utility body constructed of A60 zinc alloy steel with waterproof compartments and adjustable shelving. - Training program for operators and maintenance personnel provided by the manufacturer.

Bidder Requirements
