Background This Sources Sought Notice is issued by the 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, as part of the planning process for the STRATCOM Building Maintenance Contract (BMC) Support contract. The goal of this contract is to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all infrastructure, systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds at the SATCOM Milstar campus (B1500). The Air Force seeks to gather information on potential contractors' capabilities to determine if a total set-aside for small businesses is appropriate. Work Details The Contractor shall provide comprehensive services including: management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for cost-effective operations and maintenance of the SATCOM Campus. Specific tasks include: preventative and corrective maintenance; scheduled sustainment; emergency repairs; inspections; testing and certifications; operation and maintenance of all systems; ensuring regulatory compliance; reporting and documentation; installation, modification, and upgrades as required. The Contractor's services must prevent deterioration beyond normal wear and tear to maintain mission capability.
