Summary: Background The U.S. Air Force is issuing this solicitation to procure diagnostic and repair services for communication faults between the Polyalphaolefin (PAO) chillers and remote manifolds located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB). The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning of these systems, which are critical for operational efficiency. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing diagnostic and repair services specifically targeting communication faults between the PAO chillers and remote manifolds. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that all systems are operational according to specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must adhere to all technical requirements as specified in the attached documents. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the start date, with a not later than (NLT) completion date of August 3, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Hill AFB, located at 6137 Wardleigh Rd. Bldg. 1515, Hill AFB, UT 84056. Bidder Requirements Bidders must not be classified as small business concerns. They are required to have a current SPRS NIST 800-171 DoD Assessment for award consideration. Additionally, bidders must provide an official quote with pricing, company name and address, point of contact information, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identification (UEI), payment terms, and days to start or deliver after receipt of order.
