Background The Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) is seeking to procure preventative maintenance services for two RTHB Series R™ CenTraVac chillers. This contract is part of the facility management efforts to ensure operational efficiency and reliability of critical cooling systems at the medical center located in Gallup, New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to maintain the chillers in optimal working condition through regular inspections and maintenance services. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for two Trane RTHB180FL CenTraVac chillers located at the Generators/Chillers Building (Building # 5002) of GIMC. The scope of work includes: 1. Complete preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure continuous operations, including: - Water Cooled Rotary Annual Inspection, which involves customer notification, initial site inspection, review diagnostics, lockout/tagout procedures, control panel electrical inspection, electrical component checks, compressor starter inspections, megohmmeter tests on compressor motors, oil analysis sampling, rotary oil filter changes, leak tests, condenser tube inspections and brushing, flow device checks, control panel calibration checks, pre-start chiller checks, and documentation of all actions. 2. Quarterly inspections that include thorough assessments of operational status and diagnostics review. 3. All maintenance activities must comply with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment A). Period of Performance The contract period spans from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2031 with options for renewal each year. Place of Performance Gallup Indian Medical Center, 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup NM 87301. Bidder Requirements This solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability to provide the required services as per the Statement of Work. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a detailed price quotation for the base year and all option years along with a capability statement that outlines their experience and qualifications in providing similar services.
