The trailers will be leased for a period of six months from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contractor is responsible for providing full-service maintenance records for all leased equipment. Additionally, the contractor must pick up all equipment within 30 days of contract completion on December 31, 2026, or upon notification by the Contracting Officer that the trailers are no longer needed. All transportation and shipping of the leased equipment to and from the site shall be provided by the contractor.
