Background

The City of Austin, through its Capital Delivery Services, is issuing this solicitation for the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant Headworks Improvements project. The primary goal of this contract is to demolish the existing Headworks and construct a new facility that will enhance screening capacity, provide odor control, and replace critical screening and electrical infrastructure that is currently corroded and unsafe. Work Details
